Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after this period.
Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in good condition, unused, and the consumer must not have benefited from it.
- The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
- The consumer bears the shipping cost in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the consumer will be compensated without any additional fees.
- When returning the product, the consumer must ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent scratches or damage during shipping. If the product arrives in poor condition due to improper packaging, the store reserves the right to refuse the exchange or deduct the cost of the damage.
Refunds
- The consumer has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of approval of the return.
- The refund will be processed after deducting any fees related to shipping or bank charges (if applicable).
- For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, the administrative fees charged by these services will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cases Where Exchange Is Not Allowed
- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by the consumer, except for products with defects or those that do not meet the specified requirements.
- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse or mishandling by the consumer.
- Products that have been installed or mounted using screws or other fixing tools cannot be returned, even if they were not used or benefited from, as the installation process may cause minor scratches or marks that affect the original condition of the product.
